Effects of no will

Effects of no will
Everyone in this world loves to have some property on his name. He will spend his lifetime for winning the property and asset. When he grows old he would like to transfer all those assets and properties to his next generations. In the transfer of assets from one person to another person will, plays a major role. Without a will, a person cannot claim that asset or property as his own. According to the will of the person the assets will be parted and given to the persons as mentioned in the will after his death. This is the case with the will and what happens when there is no will. If there is no will and the person has died suddenly then the assets will be parted equally to his children and spouse according to the law.

There are some procedures to be followed while splitting the assets among the relations of the person died. If the person died has only wife and no children then the whole asset will be transferred to wife alone. If suppose his wife is died and he has only children then in such cases the property amount will be shared equally among those children. If that person has wife and children then the assets value will equally shared among the wife and children. If that person has neither wife nor children then the assets or property will be distributed to the close blood relations. This is what happens when there is no will. This asset separation is a complex process. The court will appoint an administrator for this purpose who on evaluating the assets amount will file a report in the court. Based on this report the court will distribute the assets or properties equally among the right persons. Hence it is always better to have a handwritten will.
